Pascale Norris qualified as a New York lawyer in 1997 and as a Paris lawyer in 2000. Prior thereto, she obtained an LLB also in English law from Kings College London. She began her legal career in the litigation and commercial law departments of Salans, Paris in 1999.
Pascale counsels and represents both domestic and foreign (primarily US and UK) corporations in French civil and commercial liability litigation. She has extensive experience in defective product liability cases involving global recalls and cross-border litigation as well as in cases regarding contract and tort liability and insurance. Her background and familiarity with both the civil and common law systems give her the unique ability to manage the French litigation for her domestic and foreign clients whilst remaining at all times their key interlocutor.
Pascale also negotiates and drafts a broad range of contracts for her clients’ France-based businesses.
Pascale works in the French, English and German languages.
She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, l’Union Internationale des Jeunes Avocats, l’Association des Juristes Franco-Britanniques and l’Associations des Juristes du Panthéon et Kings College.
